If you choose one of these LLCs in your housing contract, you will receive a priority selection on Thursday, March 5 from 9am to 2pm. All posters and signs must be authorized and stamped by the Housing Office, the Norman Village Clubhouse, the reception service assistant or the residential life coordinator in the area provided for this purpose. Posters or signs that are not allowed are removed. Residents who do not depart from their Sorority apartment/residence/accommodation until the date agreed on the deadline indicated in their license or approved in writing are charged USD 200.00 per day on the living fee. People who do not take the necessary steps to get the right cash register (for example, return their keys to the housing staff in the way it is ordered to close and space the materials), but if you leave their rooms/apartments on time, an administrative fee of USD 25.00 will be charged. If you are not in the main lobby, residents must accompany all guests. Residents whose guests violate visiting or accompanying rules are liable to a fine of $10.00 USD and are the subject of a complaint against students. If the guest is not a resident, the participating resident host may be credited with the student`s fine and conduct measure. Failure to remove garbage and/or place personal garbage bags in public spaces results in a fine of $25.00 usd for garbage removal and/or student behavioral measures. Individuals may keep a service animal as accommodation in TU campus shelters when the owner/user has a documented disability and the animal puts an assistant in direct contact with the disability. All necessary documents and authorizations must be completed with the Center for Student Academic Support and the Housing Office prior to the arrival of the assistant.
Service animals must be broken and registered with Tulsa County and owners/users must care for them and remove pet waste from all parts of campus. Service animals that (1) cause significant property damage or (2) pose a risk to the health and/or safety of other residents are not permitted in student residences or on campus.
